What do I do with documents once the retention period has passed?
Great question! We recommend securely shredding them with an industrial cross-cut process that guarantees Chain of Custody and Proof of Destruction documentation. Also once the retention period is shared at the time of initial indexing, we alert you when the records become inactive. We also provide a Certificate of destruction once your records are securely shredded and sent for recycling.
